Links Family Inc. offers mobile messaging alerts to provide updates on our programs, initiatives, events, and donor activities. By opting into the program, you agree to receive recurring automated and/or manual text messages from us to the mobile number provided at the time of opt-in.
2. User Opt-In
Enrollment requires a user to provide their mobile phone number and agree to these terms. We may offer various ways to opt-in, such as through website forms, keyword entry, or at physical event registrations. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive messages related to Links Family Inc. updates, event reminders, or administrative notifications based on your level of interaction with our organization.
4. Cost and Carrier Charges
Links Family Inc. does not charge for our SMS service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

Our messaging program is available on most major mobile carriers. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from Links Family Inc., reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation text as the final message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you choose to opt-in again.
